Manuel “Noel” Isla, Cassandra Toves, Saul Medrano, Jessie Estrada, and Frank Toves recently completed the Advanced Troubleshooting and Configuration Certification Program from WiseConn. This completes the certification process for IDC. IDC and the team are now Certified Integrators of WiseConn hardware and software. IDC is one of just a few distributors with this certification and allows IDC to offer full system configurations of networks at the backend level and the highest customer support level.
